» ORDER PROCESSING
For ready stock item, your goods will be shipped within 7 – 10 days upon receipt of your payment. For customized item, your order will be processed upon receipt of your deposit for customization. Upon completion of the customized goods, your goods will be shipped within 7 – 10 days upon receipt of your full/balance payment.

» GENERAL PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products come with a 1 year warranty for parts and mechanism. Wear and tear parts will not be covered.

» DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Damaged product must be reported in writing to us within 24 hours upon taking delivery. Product damaged during shipment is not our responsibility. Please report the damage to the carrier and file a claim accordingly.

» RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY (GENERAL ITEMS)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Return items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt excluding the delivery / shipping / remittance charges. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

We reserved the rights to refuse the return/refund of any customized item unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
